Refund Policy

At Global Remote Workers LLC, we are committed to providing top-quality remote workers tailored to your business needs. If you are dissatisfied with your assigned remote worker, we offer a structured resolution and refund process as outlined below.

1. Trial & Replacement Policy

  • The first two weeks of service are considered a trial period.
  • If you are not satisfied with the assigned remote worker during this time, you may request a replacement worker within the first 30 days of service.

2. Refund & Contract Termination Process

  • If you are dissatisfied with your remote worker, you must submit a written request detailing your concerns.
  • Upon receipt of your request, we will terminate the contract within 30 days from the date of submission.
  • Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the services rendered before termination.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Services have been fully delivered beyond the trial period.
  • The client does not provide a written request for termination.
  • The dissatisfaction is due to factors beyond our control (e.g., changes in business needs).
